This armband fell apart. There really isn't much else to say. The Velcro attachment strips came undone in several places, tearing the stretchy band underneath. The plastic screen came undone in opposite corners and now I'm afraid that my iPod will fall out while i'm running. Do yourself a favor and buy something more durable.

I had been looking for an iPhone armband for quite some time and decided on this one.

So far it has been great but did notice a few things already mentioned in earlier reviews;

-Armband is a little small, i don't have huge biceps but it is all ready a little snug. If they got a little bigger i may not be able to secure it.

-And in regards to securing it, the "Velcro" closure is sketchy. Not very thick Velcro and feels as if it is going to come lose. It hasn't but i am always afraid.

-Keeps iPhone dry when running, at least from perspiration. After a good run i have taken the phone out and it doesn't seem like the sweat penetrates the material. Seems like it may even hold off water in a light drizzle, just get home pretty quick!

-Screen cover takes a little getting used to. Seems a little thick, which could be a good thing?, but does sometime interfere with accurate swipes or key entries. Not like i am typing with it but when trying to unlock phone or stop RunKeeper Pro i can fumble a tad.

All in all for $ you can't beat it!

Would recommend as long as you have small to medium sized biceps. Bigger guys or gals beware.

seller had it for much cheaper than any of the online/apple stores. apple doesn't make this product but its much more inexpensive and much more durable. plus, the seller gave it to me for like $7 and i swear it is the best deal on earth. it arrived within the next 4-5 days. would definetely recommend it to anyone

Slim Arms Only 2010-06-08

I read the reviews and since they were generally favorable decided to order. The strap on the armband is very short and stretching to secure it, becomes too tight. I wore it for 30 minutes in the house with the iPhone before deciding whether or not to take it out running. I opted not to as it was uncomfortable without even moving much. This is only good for kids or people with very slim arms/biceps area.
