Exactly what it says. This case protects my iPod Touch better than any other case I've seen. And I've looked in Apple stores and electronics stores in about 10 different cities and three countries. (I travel a lot) This case is the best.

Got this for my Ipod and I love it. Only downside is the inability to hook to my Ihome for charging and listening to music. It must be taken out of the case to use these kinds of devices. Awesome otherwise.

Tremendous product - simple to apply and great level of protection, screen included. I carry my iPod touch with me everywhere as it holds important data (such as work time keeping and encrypted password database). Now I can carry it in my back pocket even on hot summer days or never mind if I sit on it - restored my peace of mind :)
The only drawback I discovered by now is that I can't place it on my JBL OnStage any longer without disassembling it ;-) But thats the price for superior protection. At least I don't have the feeling that frequent assembling and disassembling reduces the perfect fit of the rubber skin. And, yes, some 3rd party iPod connector cables need some more pressure to snug in as they are wider than Apple's cables are.

This product gives superior protection for your iPod. I have not tested it's durability (I haven't dropped my iPod yet) but it feels almost bulletproof with it on. There are some drawbacks to this product that I was aware of two issues prior to buying the Otterbox. One is there is a spot on the screen where the screen protector sticks to the iPods touchscreen. Two, you can only use the sync cable supplied with the iPod. However, to me, these small inconveinces are a trade-off for the protection it allows for.

Great product! Protects all surfaces without hampering functionality. Screen protector still allows full use of touch screen. Too bad OtterBox stopped production for the iPod touch. Get one before they are all gone!!
