You can access while in the dock and it has a function amplifier to your tunes and if you run the app "Flip Time" you have a desk top clock calendar and you don't need to log in while sitting at your desk. If your like me you hate logging in every-time even while you have your iPhone is in sight.

I was looking for a dock that can sync and charge my 3GS, and was convinced by the positive feedback left by others. I was wrong, I bought 4 docks at once which two of them were broken and the other two were scratched. Also, it can only sync it doesn't charge.

I've been looking for a charging/syncing cradle for my 3Gs for some time now. This one fits the bill quite well. It sits on my desk when I'm not traveling, and keeps my iPhone charged and ready for action. A good product at a sensible price. I'd like the cradle to have audio outputs, but that's pretty much secondary.

it stopped working within a couple of days. First it started saying that the iPhone could sync but not charge, then the next time I tried to use it, it stopped working all together. So if you want a charger that works for 2 days, then this is for you. However, if you want a good product that will last longer, try something else... any good suggestions for a 3rd party iPhone dock?
