I actually had gotten 2 faulty cases and they returned them quickly with no problems at all. I now have my third one and it is great, no problems. I love everything about it. I give them all stars, for the case and their service!! :)

This is the second iFrogz case I have purchased and both did the same thing. One of the little tabs on the bottom black portion of the case broke- they are the tabs that hold the 2 parts together. I have since switched to a different kind of case.
Maybe not that much protection....

Update-
I dropped this back down to "3 Stars" . The first time my wife dropped her iPhone while using this case her screen shattered. She had her phone for two years without any problems, and then within three-days her screen shatters.

A few other notes-
- Very easy to install and take-off
- A color for everyone
- Does not hinder your camera
- Comes with a screen protector
- May need to be removed when you are using your iPhone with certain docking stations
Final Verdict - I low risk investment that may help keep you iPhone intact!

Doesn't stay together!

The case has a smallish profile not adding too much size to the phone. BUT the case does not stay together. This is a two piece case and the "locking" mechanism does not work. I took this case off my iPhone after only three days. Every time I took it out of my pocket the case would come apart. Sometimes it would just slide apart a little bit and sometimes I would be fishing back into my pocket to retrieve the other half of the case. This is a nice looking case but I would not recommend it.

I'm going to have to lean with the negative reviewers of the case. I paid about 5 dollars for it, so it's not that big of a deal, but these seem to be pretty cheap plastic cases. Within 3 weeks of use, my case had broken off both clips that hold the top of the case to the bottom of the case, and the color was starting to rub off.
